Continue or refund
If the goal is reached, SEO continues. If it is missed, the setup fee is refunded under the policy conditions.

The recurring rate is $349/month per facility before scale discounts. Growth has no added monthly AI Agent fee.

The complete plan continues toward three times the facility’s starting search visibility.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you start.
What does 3x visibility mean?
It means pages from your facility website appear in Google search results three times as often as the agreed starting point. Google calls these appearances “impressions” in Google Search Console.
Is visibility the same as website traffic?
No. Visibility measures how often your pages appear in search results. It does not mean visits, clicks, leads, rentals, revenue, or guaranteed rankings.
What does the setup fee cover?
Foundation’s $349 setup fee covers the first 45 days of SEO. Growth’s $598 setup fee includes the same $349 SEO work plus $249 to set up and build the AI Sales Agent.
What happens on Day 45?
We compare your current search visibility with the starting point recorded before work began. The goal is 1.5x visibility.
What happens after Day 45?
If the agreed goal is reached, SEO continues at $349/month per facility before multi-facility discounts. Work continues toward the full 3x visibility goal by Day 90.
What is the difference between Foundation and Growth?
Foundation includes SEO only. Growth includes the exact same SEO plus an AI Sales Agent.
Does Growth receive better SEO?
No. Both plans receive the same roadmap, the same Day-45 goal, the same Day-90 goal, and the same recurring SEO rate.
What does the AI Sales Agent do?
It answers customer questions, captures lead information, helps customers book storage units, and can transfer the conversation to a human team member when needed.
Is there a monthly fee for the AI Sales Agent?
No. The Growth plan has a one-time $249 AI Sales Agent setup and build cost. There is no additional recurring AI Agent charge after setup.
How are multiple facilities priced?
Recurring SEO after Day 45 starts at $349 per facility. Two to four facilities receive 25% off per facility. Five or more receive 30% off per facility. The calculator above shows the estimated monthly total. Setup fees are not discounted by the calculator.
What happens if Google is slow to show new pages?
If Google has not yet added important pages to its search results despite valid work, the Day-45 review may move to Day 60 and the Day-90 goal may move to Day 120. The exception is documented and explained under the Refund Policy.
Can I pay directly through the website?
No. Payment and onboarding are arranged after you contact us and confirm the right plan.
